Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear details and, where applicable, supporting photos.
  • Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Shipping Issues:

  • HiLocal Foods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control.
  • If a shipment arrives late but remains safe for consumption, it does not qualify for a refund.
