HiLocal Foods ships freshly prepared meals on a weekly schedule to maintain quality and freshness.
Shipping Schedule:
- Orders placed on or before Friday are typically processed and shipped on Monday.
- Orders placed after Friday are processed and shipped on the following week’s Monday.
- Most orders are shipped on Mondays.
If a scheduled Monday falls on a holiday, orders will be shipped on the next available business day.
Examples:
- An order placed on or before February 6 will be shipped on Monday, February 9.
- An order placed on February 7 or February 8 will be processed and shipped on Monday, February 16.
Shipping Method:
- We primarily ship using UPS Ground.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Expedited Shipping:
If you would like a faster shipping option (such as 2-day shipping), please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special shipping requests when possible.
